Cancellation Policy

Cancelling an Order

You may request cancellation of your order before it ships. Because we process orders quickly, please contact us as soon as possible:

Email: design@sterlingapparel.co with the subject line “Cancel Order #[order number]”

If Your Order Has Not Shipped

We will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method within [5–10] business days.

If Your Order Has Already Shipped

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You may instead return the item under our Refund & Return Policy once it arrives. Please do not refuse delivery, as refused packages may delay your refund.

Changes to an Order

If you need to change a size, color, or shipping address, contact us immediately. We can make changes only if the order has not yet been processed for shipment. If a change is not possible, we will help you cancel (if unshipped) or arrange a return.

Cancellations by Sterling Apparel

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, or inability to verify billing information. If we cancel your order, you will be notified by email and receive a full refund.
