Welcome to Sterling Apparel. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website [www.sterlingapparel.com] (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from Sterling Apparel LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase on this Site.

2. Products & Descriptions

We sell blank (unprinted, undecorated) men's apparel, including t-shirts, polo shirts, hoodies, and joggers, in sizes S–5XL. Products are sold as blanks; we do not provide printing, embroidery, or decoration services. We make every effort to display our products and their colors, fabric weights (GSM), sizing, and details as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee that your device's display accurately reflects the actual product. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. Our garments are labeled with fiber content, country of origin, and care instructions in accordance with U.S. federal textile labeling requirements (the Textile Fiber Products Identification Act and the Care Labeling Rule).

3. Order Quantities

Orders may be placed for a minimum of 1 piece and a maximum of 100 pieces per order. Volume pricing tiers apply automatically at checkout based on quantity. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders that exceed the 100-piece maximum; for larger requirements, contact us at [support@sterlingapparel.com].

4. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Applicable state and local sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Shipping charges are additional unless stated otherwise.
  • We sell and ship to customers in the United States only.
  • Payment is processed securely at checkout via our third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and a shipping confirmation once it ships.

5. Shipping, Returns & Cancellations

By placing an order or creating an account, you consent to receive transactional emails from us (order confirmations, shipping notifications, and service updates). If you opt in to marketing emails, each message will include a clear unsubscribe link, and we will honor opt-out requests promptly, in accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act.
